PhD Candidate at INSEAD (Organizational Behavior)

I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at INSEAD.

My research interest covers Trust, Creativity, and Passion, with a deep interest in understanding how employees navigate today's uncertain workplace. My research has resulted in a forthcoming chapter in The Research Handbook on Workplace Creativity, two papers under review at Organization Science and Administrative Science Quarterly, and has begun to attract media attention (Harvard Business Review). Additionally, I also contribute to multiple ongoing meta-scientific and crowdsourcing projects to improve the rigor and reliability of our field.

I have BSc in Psychology and Economics, and MSc in Applied Psychology from Peking University.
